Fluent Agents is a two-person AI consulting firm that works with software product and engineering teams. We help teams identify where AI integration creates real impact, then build and ship those systems.

## What we do

- AI Readiness Audit: We map your workflows, tool stack, and team structure to find where AI helps and where it gets in the way.
- LLM Workflow Integration: We design and build AI systems into your product and engineering workflows: code review automation, internal knowledge retrieval, doc generation, QA tooling.
- Internal AI Tooling: We build custom AI-powered internal tools: agents, automations, and integrations with the systems you already run.

## Primary offer

The AI Opportunity Sprint is a 2-week, fixed-fee engagement. We map your workflows, identify the 3-5 highest-impact AI integration opportunities, and deliver a prioritized build roadmap with effort estimates, architecture recommendations, and tooling guidance. No retainer required.

## Process

1. Sprint (2 weeks): Workflow mapping and build roadmap.
2. Pilot (4-6 weeks): We build the top opportunity. Fixed scope, clear deliverables.
3. Scale: We expand the integration or move to the next item on the roadmap.
